An educational tour was held at the Specialized Materials Center of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “Republican Scientific and Technical Library” for second-year students of the College of the International Engineering and Technological University, studying Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
The event was attended by 25 students accompanied by their instructor, Altynbek Zharylkapuly Sarsenov.
During the tour, students learned about the activities of the Specialized Materials Center, its document collection, information resources, and opportunities for searching regulatory documents in the fields of standardization, metrology and certification.
Special attention was paid to the practical importance of regulatory documents in the professional activities of future specialists, as well as to the information resources and services offered by RSTL.
The tour took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, generated great interest among the students, and provided a valuable opportunity to explore the library’s information resources.
The Specialized Materials Center of RSTL is always open to cooperation with educational institutions and ready to introduce young people to the world of regulatory and technical documentation.
